Coconut Slice Recipe

Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Icing sugar 3/4 cup, for garnish
- Coconut desiccated 1 cup
- Melted butter 125 gm
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1/2 cup
Direction:
- Grease 19 cm x 29 cm slice pan and line with baking paper.
- Sift flour into large bowl, stir in sugar and coconut.
- Make well in center.
- Add butter, eggs and mix, mix it nicely and poured in pan.
- Bake on 180 degrees C for about 30 minutes or until cooked with tested.
- Stand slice in pan for 5 minutes and cool on wire rack.
- Serve warm or cold and cut into squares.
- Garnish with icing sugar.
Coconut Slice is delicious sweet dish. Coconut, flour, milk, eggs & butter are mixed and baked. Then garnish with icing sugar and serve warm or cold in squares.
