Coconut Creamy Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
For Base:
- Butter 6 oz
- Maida 8 oz
- Caster sugar 3 oz
- Egg yolk beaten 1
- Cold water for dough
For Filling:
- Melted butter 4 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Beaten eggs 1 cup
- Coconut essence 1/2 tsp
- Coconut cream 1/4 cup
- Coconut powder 1 cup
- Almonds chopped 3 tbsp
Direction:
- Sieve maida in bowl.
- Now put sugar, butter and egg yolk, mix it and knead with cold water.
- Then keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Then roll it, keep on 8 inch plate and bake for 10 minutes.
- For filling: Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it.
- Now put in pie shell and bake on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
Coconut Creamy Pie is amazing side dish. Base is prepared with butter, maida, sugar & egg, knead with cold water and baked. Filling is prepared with butter, coconut essence, coconut cream & coconut powder, poured on pie shell and baked.
