Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ice cream sticks as required
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Put fish, garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, lemon juice and salt in chopper and make paste.
- Put paste on ice cream sticks and give shape of ice cream.
- Heat oil in pan, fry sticks and take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
- Then take out in platter and serve with salad leaves and lemon.
Fish Bar is amazing dish. Chicken is chopped with sauce, white pepper, black pepper & lemon juice. Then put on ice cream sticks and fried. Served with salad leaves and lemon.
