Bhuna Keema Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Green chilies 10
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander whole 1 tsp
  • Round chilies 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Direction:

  1. Heat oil and put garlic and green chilies.
  2. When aroma comes, add mince and roast on high flame.
  3. Then put tomatoes and onions.
  4. Now put cumin, coriander, round chilies, salt and turmeric and keep on low flame.
  5. When water dries, put coriander leaves and close stove.
  6. It is ready.

Bhuna Keema Karahi is delicious dish. Mince is cooked with tomatoes, green chilies and onion. Then garnished with coriander leaves and serve with naan. You can use chicken, mutton or beef mince.
