Drumsticks Ki Khatti Dal

Ingredients:
- Drumsticks 8
- Red masoor daal 1 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind pulp 1 cup
- Curry leaves few
- Green chilies 4
For Bhagar:
- Red chilies whole 4-6
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 1 cup
Direction:
- Drain water of soaked daal, put lukewarm water again, boil it and tender it.
- Then blend it, put in pot again and add red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and drumsticks.
- Drumsticks tender, put tamarind pulp, curry leaves and green chilies and cook it.
- When green chilies tender, put red chilies, white cumin and curry leaves in frying pan and fry until black.
- Then put in daal and serve hot.
Drumsticks Ki Khatti Dal is tasty & new dish. Red masoor daal is boiled & blended. Then cooked with drumsticks & green chilies, bhagar is added and served.
