Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Ginger, Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Ginger Powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Brinjal 2
  • Green Chili 4
  • Curry leaves few
  • Lemon 2
  • Fresh Coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup

Direction

  1. Fry oil little and put Chopped Ginger Powder 2 tbsp, Turmeric 1 tbsp and Tomato.
  2. Put beef mince and after put Lemon juice and green chilies.
  3. After put Fresh Coriander at the end cook for few minutes.

Bengan Timatar Qeema Recipe that is filled with some Pakistani spices. You can serve it with Roti.
