Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Ginger, Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Ginger Powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
- Brinjal 2
- Green Chili 4
- Curry leaves few
- Lemon 2
- Fresh Coriander 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
Direction
- Fry oil little and put Chopped Ginger Powder 2 tbsp, Turmeric 1 tbsp and Tomato.
- Put beef mince and after put Lemon juice and green chilies.
- After put Fresh Coriander at the end cook for few minutes.
Bengan Timatar Qeema Recipe that is filled with some Pakistani spices. You can serve it with Roti.
