Ingredients:

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed Coriander 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger, Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Green Coriander 1 bunch Boiled Eggs 6
  • Potatoes 4
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Green Chili 3
  • Oil 1 cup

Direction

  1. Boil potato and egg. After take out their skin and put cloves above them.
  2. Put oil and Ginger and fry till it get little brow.
  3. Fry potato and egg in another pen.
  4. Now put fried potato and egg in with Garam Masala Powder Crushed Coriande.
    As oil come on top then put chilies and
    Green Coriander

Aalu Anday ka Saalan that is classic Pakistani recipe. You can cook it to have simple dinner or lunch.
