Pineapple Delight Recipe

Ingredient:

• Cake 1
• Pineapple chunks 1 tin
• Cream Cheese 1 bottle
• Condense Milk ½ tin
• Cream 2 cups
• Gelatin Powder 1 tbsp
• Yellow color few drops
• Pineapple Essence few drop
• Whipped cream for garnish
• Cherries for garnish
• Pineapple chunks for garnish
• Sugar syrup ½ cup

Direction:

1. In a separate bowl add 1 tbsp of water and dissolve gelatin and mix in pineapple
2. Set cake in a dish and add sugar syrup.
3. Blend pineapple chunks, cream, cheese and yellow color, blend well.
4. In a separate bowl add 1 tbsp of water and dissolve gelatin and mix in pineapple and cream mixture.
5. Now add pineapple chunks and pineapple cream mixture, set aside.
6. Garnish with cream, cherries and remaining pineapple.
