Ingredients:
- Bread 6
- Chicken Breast 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Sweet Onion Sauce Ingredients:
- Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Stock 1/2 cup
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Ginger (grated ) half tsp
- Garlic Paste ¼ tsp
- Onion 1 tbsp
- Mustard Paste 1 tsp
- Dark Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Method for Sauce:
- Mix all together cook till slightly thick.
- Ingredients For Vegetables:
- Tomatoes (sliced)
- Cucumber (sliced)
- Olive (sliced)
- Jalapeño (sliced)
- Cucumber pickle (sliced)
- Capsicum rings
- Ice berg lettuce(sliced)
- Cheese (sliced)
- Thousand Island Dressing as required
- Mayonnaise as required
- Vinegar Dressing
- Honey Mustard Sauce
Direction for chicken:
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients and the sauce. Cook
over hot grill with 1 tbsp oil for 10 mins. Remove and cut into thick
strips.
Marinate chicken after putting all ingredients and sauce. Cover over hot grill with 1 tsp oil for 10 minutes. Cut the chicken in pieces.
For sandwich:
Split the BUN spread with mayonnaise put
cheese triangle, put grilled chicken with vegetables of your choice and
sauce, wrap tightly and serve.

- White Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil 5 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1/2 tsp

Blend all together.
