Ingredients:

  • Rice 500 gms
  • Beef Mince 700 gms
  • Boiled Chickpeas 250 gms
  • Onion 1
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Carrots (grated) 2-3
  • Black Pepper (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • Garlic (finely chopped) 2-3 cloves
  • Tomato Paste ½ cup
  • Cardamom (crushed) ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

Heat oil in a pan and stir fry cinnamon.
Add onion, garlic and meat . Cook well.
Now add tomato paste, black pepper, cardamom, salt and cumin.
When the curry is dry enough and leaves oil, add water and leave it to cook.
When meat get tend and stock is ready, add rice .
When rice are ready add chickpeas and leave it to simmer.
Add carrots and mix well .
