Crispy Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Samosa Wraps 3-4
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Green Chilies (finely chopped) 3-4
  • Fresh Coriander (chopped) ½ bunch
  • Spring Onion (chopped) 1-2 sticks
  • Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes,
  2. Mix all spices including mashed potatoes in a bowl , make balls out of the batter.
  3. Grind samosa wraps in a chopper.
  4. Beat eggs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Dip potato balls in eggs then coat it with samosa wrap and fry.
  7. Serve with salad leaves and ketchup

Crispy Fried Potatoes that are much tasty and can make for refreshment.
