Crispy Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Samosa Wraps 3-4
- Eggs 2-3
- Green Chilies (finely chopped) 3-4
- Fresh Coriander (chopped) ½ bunch
- Spring Onion (chopped) 1-2 sticks
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Mash boiled potatoes,
- Mix all spices including mashed potatoes in a bowl , make balls out of the batter.
- Grind samosa wraps in a chopper.
- Beat eggs.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Dip potato balls in eggs then coat it with samosa wrap and fry.
- Serve with salad leaves and ketchup
Crispy Fried Potatoes that are much tasty and can make for refreshment.
