Mocha chino Brownie Cake

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Plain Chocolate 1 cup
  • Coffee 3 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Caster Sugar 125 gms
  • Cinnamon 1/2tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Plain Flour 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • White Chocolate Chips 1/2cup
  • Walnuts chopped 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate Malt balls 8 – 10
  • Decorated Greaten Chocolate
  • Ingredients for Whitey Mocha Chino SSauce:
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • White Chocolate (grated) 100 gms
  • Coffee Powder 1 tsp
  • Water1 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Grease 8 inch round tin, put oven to 180 degrees, put butter chocolate and coffee in a sauce pan, cook over low heat until just melted and smooth cool slightly. Beat in sugar cinnamon and eggs beat in the flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and walnuts.
  2. Pour into the well greased tin, bake for 35 mins until just form do not overcook.
  3. Cool make sauce by putting all the ingredients in a small sauce pan over a low heat stirring until melted and smooth place the cake on a platter spread the warm sauce on top decorate with chocolate and chocolate curls.
