- Butter 4 oz
- Plain Chocolate 1 cup
- Coffee 3 tsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Caster Sugar 125 gms
- Cinnamon 1/2tsp
- Eggs 3
- Plain Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- White Chocolate Chips 1/2cup
- Walnuts chopped 1/2 cup
- Chocolate Malt balls 8 – 10
- Decorated Greaten Chocolate
- Ingredients for Whitey Mocha Chino SSauce:
- Cream 1/2 cup
- White Chocolate (grated) 100 gms
- Coffee Powder 1 tsp
- Water1 tbsp

Grease 8 inch round tin, put oven to 180 degrees, put butter
chocolate and coffee in a sauce pan, cook over low heat until just
melted and smooth cool slightly. Beat in sugar cinnamon and eggs beat in
the flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour into the
well greased tin, bake for 35 mins until just form do not overcook.
- Cool
make sauce by putting all the ingredients in a small sauce pan over a
low heat stirring until melted and smooth place the cake on a platter
spread the warm sauce on top decorate with chocolate and chocolate
curls.
