Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
- Onion (chopped) 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
- Yoghurt 2 tbsp
- Brown Onion (grinded) 4 tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
Ingredients For Gravy:
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion (chopped) 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Yoghurt ½ cup
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Green Chilies (chopped)2
Direction:

Boil half kg mince, with salt chili powder, coriander chopped onion ,
ginger garlic, and 1 cup water till tender and dry.
- Remove them from bowl and add in
chopper with 2 tbsp yoghurt brown onion.
- Allspice grind well until
smooth make into balls, and deep fry keep aside.
Direction for gravy:

Heat oil, Add chopped onion, fry till light golden add ginger garlic
paste, salt chili powder, yoghurt fry well. Add 1 cup water, cover and
cook till thick gravy left add fried koftas.
- Cook for 5 min and serve
garnish with coriander leaves.
