Ingredients

  • Potatoes (boiled & chopped) ½ kg
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 1
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 3-4
  • Red Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
  • Yogurt (beaten) ½ cup
  • Tamarind Paste ½ cup
  • Lemon (sliced) 1
  • Papri as required
  • Chaat Masala as required
  • Spring Onions 2-3 sticks
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Direction

  1. Fry potatoes with salt and black pepper, after take it off put aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add fried potatoes in the bowl, pour yogurt, sprinkle chaat masala and Papri. Granish with lemon slices and serve
