Ingredients:

  • Boneless Beef ½ kg
  • Onion Paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Curry Powder 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fr Curry:
  • Gram Flour 200 gms
  • Sour Yogurt ½ kg
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Coriander for garnishing

Direction:

  1. In hot oil put onion with garlic paste. Fry well. Add meat and fry till it get tender.
  2. For Curry:
  3. Add gram flour, yogurt, tomato paste , red chili powder, turmeric, coriander rand salt in a mixing bowl. Mix them all.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add cumin, red pepper and garlic paste, fry well.
  5. Add gram flour mixture to it, cook well.
  6. Put water , as it boil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low flame
  7. Add meat to mix it well.
  8. Dish out , garnish with fresh coriander and serve
