Ingredients:
- Boneless Beef ½ kg
- Onion Paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Curry Powder 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Fr Curry:
- Gram Flour 200 gms
- Sour Yogurt ½ kg
- Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Direction:
- In hot oil put onion with garlic paste. Fry well. Add meat and fry till it get tender.
- For Curry:
- Add gram flour, yogurt, tomato paste , red chili powder, turmeric, coriander rand salt in a mixing bowl. Mix them all.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin, red pepper and garlic paste, fry well.
- Add gram flour mixture to it, cook well.
- Put water , as it boil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low flame
- Add meat to mix it well.
- Dish out , garnish with fresh coriander and serve
