Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless (cubes) 1
Salt 1/2
teaspoon Black Pepper 1/2
teaspoon
Corn Flour 1 tablespoon
Egg ½ beaten
Garlic (crushed) tablespoon
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Eggs (beaten) 2
Finally Chopped Spring Onion 1 cup
Rice (boiled) 1/2 kg
Soya Sauce 2 - 3 tablespoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Carrot (chopped) 1
Direction
- Marinate chicken cubes after adding salt and black pepper.
- Beat egg and corn flour.
- Heat oil add chopped garlic, fry till light golden add chicken
fry for 5 minutes
- Add the egg that you beat and cook till it get scramble.
- Add seasoning soya
sauce boiled rice, with veggies. Mix well and then serve.
Chilli Chicken
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken Julienne 1/2 kg
- Corn Flour 1 tablespoon
- White Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Egg 1
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil ¼ cup + for deep frying
- Green Chilies 6
- Ginger (thinly sliced) 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (sliced) 1 tablespoon
- Onion1 sliced
- Capsicum Julienne1
- Soya Sauce 2 tablespoon
- Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tablespoon
- Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tablespoon
- Vinegar 2 tablespoon
- Spring Onion 2
- Corn Flour 1 tablespoon
- water ¼ cup
Direction:
Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, corn flour, egg, heat oil and deep
fry chicken for 5 min remove and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok.
Add ginger garlic chopped, onion, fry for 2 mins, add capsicum green
chilies, all the sauces and seasonings.
Add fried chicken, with half cup
water, cook till boiling thicken with corn flour paste add in spring
onions and remove serve with fried rice.
