Ingredients:
- Liver 2
- Kidney 2
- Brain 1
- Heart 2
- Chops 250 gm
- Finely chopped onion 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Kasoori methi 2 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 4
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Ginger slice 2 tbsp
- Katakat masala 3 tsp
For Katakat Masala:
- Fennel seeds 1/4 cup
- Big cardamom 14
- Black pepper 1/4 cup
- Coconut power 1/2 cup
- Coriander powder 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon 1/4 cup
- Mace 1/4 cup
- Cloves 1/4 cup
- Small cardamom 1/4 cup
- White cumin 1 cup
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg 2
Method:
- Boil water in pan, put liver, kidney, brain, heart and chops, boil for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
- Put 1/2 cup water, onion and ginger garlic paste on tawa and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add boiled liver, kidney, brain, heart, chops, spices, tomatoes and green chilies, salt and do katakat.
- Then add ghee, yogurt and coriander leaves and roast it nicely.
- Then put katakat masala and kasoori methi and do katakat until all ingredients tender and ghee comes up.
- Serve with hot naan and raita.
- For katakat masala: Grind all ingredients.
