Chicken Tikka Biryani Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tikka masala 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
- Food color 1 pinch
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
For Rice:
- Rice 2 cups
- Oil or ghee 4 tbsp
- Green chilies 2-4
- Tomato 4-5
- Brown onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
- Mint leaves handful
- Coriander leaves handful
- Whole black cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon sticks 2-3
- Black cardamoms 2-3
- Cloves 3-4
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
Method:
- For chicken: Mark cut on chicken with knife.
- In a mixing bowl, put remaining ingredients and mix it nicely.
- Then marinate chicken with this marination nicely.
- Then heat oil, put onion and fry until golden.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
- Then add marinated chicken and fry on high flame until color changes.
- Then put biryani masala and mix it nicely.
- For rice: Soak rice for 2 hours.
- Then in a pot, put water, whole black cumin and salt, mix it and boil it.
- Now add rice and cook until half done.
- Then drain its water. Rice is ready.
- For korma: In a pot, put ghee and put big cardamom, cinnamon and clove and roast it.
- Then add tomato, whole green chilies, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder and red chili powder and mix it nicely.
- Then put brown onion, mix it nicely and cook until it becomes paste. Korma is ready.
- For mixing: Put half korma in a pot. Then put half rice.
- Now put green coriander, green chilies and some brown onion.
- Then put remaining korma. Then put remaining rice and put green coriander, green chilies and some onion.
- In a bowl, put water, put food color, mix it nicely and put on sides of rice.
- Now keep chicken on sides of rice and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes.
- In end, keep on simmer on low flame.
- Now take out in serving dish and serve with salad and raita.
