Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 1/2 kg
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Oil as required
  • Maida for roll

For Hot Sauce:

  • Hot chili sauce 4 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

For Cream Cheese Sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate wings with salt, black pepper, garlic paste, corn flour, cumin seeds and egg for 30 minutes.
  2. Then roll in maida and deep fry until golden.
  3. Then take out in plate and serve with hot sauce and cream cheese sauce.
  4. For hot sauce: Heat butter, put chopped garlic and fry it.
  5. When aroma comes, put lemon juice, hot chili sauce, tomato paste, green chilies paste and salt and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Then put coriander leaves and mix it.
  7. For cream cheese sauce: Heat oil, add all ingredients remaining coriander leaves and cook it little.
  8. Then put coriander leaves and mix it.

Chicken Wings is an American cuisine. Chicken is marinated with corn flour, egg & spices, coated with maida and deep fried. Serve with hot sauce and cream cheese sauce. You can serve with any sauce or dip and you can also add more ingredients.
