Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 1/2 kg
- Cumin seed 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Oil as required
- Maida for roll
For Hot Sauce:
- Hot chili sauce 4 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp
- Green chilies paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
For Cream Cheese Sauce:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate wings with salt, black pepper, garlic paste, corn flour, cumin seeds and egg for 30 minutes.
- Then roll in maida and deep fry until golden.
- Then take out in plate and serve with hot sauce and cream cheese sauce.
- For hot sauce: Heat butter, put chopped garlic and fry it.
- When aroma comes, put lemon juice, hot chili sauce, tomato paste, green chilies paste and salt and cook for 1 minute.
- Then put coriander leaves and mix it.
- For cream cheese sauce: Heat oil, add all ingredients remaining coriander leaves and cook it little.
- Then put coriander leaves and mix it.
Chicken Wings is an American cuisine. Chicken is marinated with corn flour, egg & spices, coated with maida and deep fried. Serve with hot sauce and cream cheese sauce. You can serve with any sauce or dip and you can also add more ingredients.
