Ingredients:
- Cauliflower boiled 1 cup
- Onion chopped 1
- Potatoes boiled 2
- Carrots boiled 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Green chilies 3
- Salt to taste
- Butter as required
For Masala:
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Cloves 4
- Cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 2 pinch
- Cumin powder 3/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
- Black pepper whole 5-6
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Direction:
- For masala: Grind all ingredients in grinder.
- Then put oil in pan and fry onion slightly.
- Then put masala and tomatoes and fry it nicely.
- Then put 1 tbsp water and cook on low flame until tomatoes tender.
- Then add cauliflower, potatoes, carrots and salt and fry it.
- Then cover it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Then put coriander leaves, green chilies and butter and serve with bun.
