Vegetable Korma Recipe

Ingredients:
- Cauliflower chopped 1 cup
- Peas 1 cup
- Turnip chopped 1 cup
- Carrots cubes 1 cup
- Potatoes cubes 1 cup
- Tomatoes cubes 1 cup
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Green chilies 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
Direction:
- Heat oil in pot.
- Then put ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder and cook for few minutes.
- Then add onion and yogurt, mix it and cook it.
- Then put all vegetables and salt and mix it nicely.
- Then add 1 cup water, cover it and cook it until vegetables tender.
- Then take out in dish and serve with roti or naan and raita.
