Chicken Zinger Burger Recipe

Chicken Zinger Burger is crispy and tasty burger. Make it at home for your children.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillets 4 breast

For Chicken Marination:

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt taste
  • Oil for deep fry

For Batter:

  • Maida 2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder1/4 tsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs 2
  • Cold water as required

For Coating:

  • Corn flakes 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

For Mayo Sauce:

  • Chili garlic sauce 1-1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 5 tbsp

For Assemble:

  • Burger buns 4
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Ice berg as required
  • Cheese slices as required
  • Ketchup as required
  • French fries as required
  • Coleslaw salad as required

Direction:

  1. Crush chicken lightly with hammer.
  2. For marination: Mix all ingredients in bowl except oil and marinate chicken for 30-45 minutes.
  3. For batter: Mix all ingredients in bowl and make thick batter.
  4. For coating: Mix bread crumbs and corn flakes and crush it.
  5. Then heat oil in wok.
  6. Then dip marinated chicken in batter and coat with break crumbs & corn flakes mixture.
  7. Then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.
  8. For assemble: Spread mayonnaise on one piece of bun and spread ketchup on second piece of bun.
  9. The keep fried chicken fillets, ice berg lettuce and cheese slice on one piece and cover with second piece.
  10. Serve with french fries, coleslaw salad and mayo sauce.
  11. For mayo sauce: Mix all ingredients and make thick paste.

Chicken Zinger Burger is prepared with chicken marinated with mustard powder & black pepper powder mixture. Then dipped in flour & egg mixture and coated with bread crumbs & corn flakes mixture. Then deep fried, assembled with mayonnaise, ice berg lettuce & cheese in buns. Serve with mayo sauce, french fries and coleslaw salad.
