Afghani Karahi is delicious and mouth-washing dish. Try this recipe at home.
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1-1/2 kg (16 pieces)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Lemons 2
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ginger slice for garnish
Direction:
- First wash chicken nicely.
- Then put in wok with vinegar, yellow color and salt and cook on low flame.
- Then heat oil in other frying pan.
- When water of chicken dries, put hot oil with black pepper, green chilies and ginger garlic paste and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then put lemon juice, garnish with ginger slices and serve with hot naan and raita.
