Potato Cutlets is tasty side dish. Make it at home and serve with guest.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
  • Cheese 1 packet
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Oil for frying

Direction:

  1. First mash potatoes and mix black pepper and salt.
  2. Then put cheese and rice flour and mix it nicely.
  3. Then put little oil in hands and make cutlets.
  4. Then dip cutlets in cheese and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Then take out in dish and serve with ketchup or sauce.

Potato Cutlets is prepared with potatoes and cheese. Mixed together, dipped in eggs and coated with bread crumbs. Then deep fry or pan fry and serve with sauce or ketchup or tea.
