Kofta Spaghetti Recipe

Kofta Spaghetti is little different and tasty dish. You must try this recipe for some change.
Ingredients:
For Meatballs:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 6
For Sauce:
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 5 tbsp
For Spaghetti:
- Spaghetti 1 packet
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Direction:
- For meatballs: Grind all ingredients in grinder.
- Then make small balls and refrigerate.
- For spaghetti: Then boil water in large pot.
- Then add salt and spaghetti and boil for 6-8 minutes.
- Then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Then toss with oil and keep it aside.
- For sauce: Then heat oil and fry ginger, garlic and onion.
- Then add tomato paste and 3 cups water.
- Then bring to boil and simmer it on low flame with cover.
- Then chop tomatoes in blender.
- Then add to pot with red chili powder, salt and cumin seeds.
- Then cook for 15 minutes.
- Take out meatballs from refrigerator and put in simmering sauce immediately.
- Cook for 10 minutes, add beaten yogurt in sauce and cook more for 10 minutes.
- Then put sauce and meatballs on spaghetti and serve.
Kofta Spaghetti is prepared with chicken, spaghetti and tomato sauce. Kofta is prepared with chicken mince and grinded with spices. Then cooked in tomato sauce and served on top of boiled spaghetti. You can also use mutton or beef mince.
