Naan is very common dish in Pakistan. You can make it at home easily.
Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Warm water 3 cups
- Choker 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
Direction:
- Combine sugar and yeast with 1 cup water and leave in warm plate to rise.
- Then mix with maida, choker, salt, egg and oil and knead smooth dough with warm water.
- Then keep it aside to rise.
- Then divide portions in 6 balls.
- Then roll each portions and brush with water.
- Then bake in oven or cook in pan for 15 minutes.
- Then serve with main course.
Naan is prepared with maida, choker, egg and yeast. Mixed together, made dough, divided into balls and rolled. Then baked or cooked in pan and serve with main course dishes.
