Hara Bhara Salad is healthy salad. It is easy salad to make any time. Must try this salad.

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce leaves 3
  • Cucumber slices 1
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Onion slices 2 small
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/3 bunch
  • Spinach leaves 5
  • Spring onion 1
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 pinch
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Direction:

  1. For dressing: Mix garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt and onion.
  2. Then toss remaining ingredients and spread on platter.
  3. Then pour dressing and serve chilled.

Hara Bhara Salad is prepared with cucumber, capsicum, lettuce leaves, spinach, spring onions, coriander leaves & mint leaves. Toss together, drizzled with lemon juice dressing and served chilled.
