Makki Ki Roti is healthy roti. It is traditional dish of Punjab, India and Pakistan.
Ingredients:
- Maize flour 2 cups
- Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water for kneading
- Ghee as required
Direction:
- Mix maize flour, carom seeds and salt in bowl nicely and knead soft dough with water.
- Then divide into balls.
- Then roll it and cook on tawa with ghee.
- Then keep on plate, top with butter and serve with sarson ka saag.
Makki Ki Roti is prepared with maize flour. Then mixed carom seeds and kneaded with water. Then rolled and cooked on tawa with ghee. Serve with sarson ka saag.
