Pasta Salad Recipe

Pasta Salad is healthy and tasty salad. It is prepared in various methods. Try it with your own recipe.

Ingredients:

For Salad:

  • Pasta 1 packet
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Cucumber chopped 2
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Carrots chopped 2
  • Green onions 4-5

For Dressing:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Direction:

  1. For salad: Boil pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Then drain its water and rinse with cold water.
  3. Then put little oil and keep it aside to cool.
  4. Then mix tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, carrots and green onions in bowl.
  5. Then toss it with pasta.
  6. Then put dressing on top and chill it in refrigerator.
  7. Then take out and serve.
  8. For dressing: Mix all ingredients in bowl.

Pasta Salad is prepared with pasta and vegetables. Pasta is boiled and cooled. Then toss with vegetables and topped with mayonnaise & ketchup dressing. Then serve chilled. You can add more ingredients.
