Balti Gosht is common dish in Pakistan. You can add more ingredients as per your requirement.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2 small
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed & roasted white cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Direction:

  1. Heat oil in pot, put onions and fry until soft.
  2. Then put ginger garlic paste, salt and meat, cover it and cook on low flame until meat tender in its water.
  3. When water dries, put red chili powder, cumin and coriander and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put chopped tomatoes and green chilies, cover it and cook until tomatoes tender.
  5. Then roast it nicely.
  6. Then take out in dish and serve with raita and naan.

Balti Gosht is tasty dish. Mutton is cooked with fried onion, ginger garlic paste & tomatoes and roasted with green chilies. Serve with naan and raita.
