Banana Cinnamon Tea is beneficial for good sleep. You have to drink it approximately 1 hour before going to bed.
Ingredients:
- Banana raw 1
- Cinnamon 1 pinch
- Water 1 small pot
Direction:
- Bring water to boil.
- Then mix banana with water.
- Then sprinkle cinnamon and strain it.
- Then take out in cup and serve.
