Green Smoothie is drink for diabetes. You must try this drink at home.
Ingredients:
- Apple 1
- Banana 1
- Carrot 1
- Celery stick 1
- Sweet potato 1
- Lemon with skin 1
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
- Water 1 cup
Direction:
- Add ingredients in blender and blend it nicely.
- Then take it out in serving glass and serve.
Green Smoothie is healthy drink. Fruits, vegetables, sweet potato, lemon, cinnamon powder & cayenne pepper are blended with water and served.
