Curry Pakora Recipe

Curry Pakora is very delicious main course dish. It is usually served with rice. You must try this recipe with your family.
Ingredients:
For Curry:
- Gram flour 250 gm or 2 cups
- Yogurt beaten 500 gm
- Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Curry leaves few
- Salt to taste
For Pakora:
- Gram flour 125 cup or 1 cup
- Green chilies finely chopped 2
- Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Salt to taste
- Soda 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Oil for fry
For Bhagar:
- Whole red chilies 6-8
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 6
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Garlic cloves chopped 4
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- For curry: Put gram flour, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder and 3 cups water in bowl, mix it nicely until no lumps and sieve it in pot.
- Now put cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, green chilies and curry leaves in curry and cook it for few minutes.
- When it boils, add salt and low flame.
- For pakora: Put gram flour, green chilies, coriander leaves, onion, salt, soda and red chili powder in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then heat oil in wok, put pakora batter, deep fry it until golden brown and put in hot curry.
- For bhagar: Heat oil in pan, put whole red chilies, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and garlic and fry until black.
- Then put bhagar on curry and serve hot with rice.
