Chicken Manchurian Recipe

Chicken Manchurian is Chinese dish. You must try this recipe at home for change.
Ingredients:
For Chicken Marination:
- Chicken cubes 375 gm
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tsp
For Sauce:
- Onion chopped 1
- Capsicum cubes 1
- Spring onion chopped 1
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pineapple cubes 6
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Direction:
- For chicken marination: Marinate chicken with vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper and corn flour nicely and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Then heat oil in wok and deep fry chicken until light golden brown.
- Then take it out and keep it aside.
- For sauce: Heat oil in wok and sauté ginger paste and garlic paste.
- Then add onion and fry until pink.
- Then add capsicum and pineapple and fry for few seconds.
- Then add fried chicken, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, pineapple juice, white pepper, black pepper and salt, mix it nicely and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Then mix corn flour with little water, add in sauce and cook more for 2-3 minutes.
- Then heat sizzler plate
- When ready, take out in sizzler plate, garnish with spring onion and serve with Chinese fried rice.
Chicken Manchurian is tasty Chinese dish. Chicken is marinated with sauce, vinegar & spices and deep fried. Then sauce is prepared with tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, capsicum, onion, pineapples, pineapple juice, spices & corn flour and cooked. Then served in hot sizzler plate with Chinese fried rice.
