Fish Zinger Burger is crispy burger. Make it at home and surprise your family. It is prepared commonly in winter season.

Ingredients:

  • Fish boneless fillets 4 breast

For Fish Marination:

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt taste
  • Oil for deep fry

For Batter:

  • Maida 2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder1/4 tsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs 2
  • Cold water as required

For Coating:

  • Corn flakes 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

For Tartar Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber pickle 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Onion pickle chopped 1 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tsp
  • Egg white 1 boiled

For Assemble:

  • Burger buns 4
  • Ice berg lettuce as required
  • Cheese slices as required
  • French fries as required
  • Tartar Sauce as required
  • Tomato Ketchup to serve
  • Chili garlic sauce to serve
  • French fries to serve

Direction:

  1. Flat fish fillet lightly with hammer.
  2. For marination: Mix all ingredients in bowl except oil and marinate fish for 30-45 minutes.
  3. For batter: Mix all ingredients in bowl and make thick batter.
  4. For coating: Mix bread crumbs and corn flakes and crush it.
  5. Then heat oil in wok.
  6. Then dip marinated fish in batter and coat with bread crumbs & corn flakes mixture.
  7. Then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.
  8. For assemble: Spread tartar sauce on each piece of bun.
  9. The keep ice berg lettuce, fried fish fillets, and cheese slice on one piece and cover with second piece.
  10. Serve with French fries, tomato ketchup and chili garlic sauce
  11. For tartar sauce: Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it nicely.

Fish Zinger Burger is crunchy and crispy burger. Fish is marinated with sauce and spices mixture. Then dipped in maida & eggs mixture, coated with bread crumbs & corn flakes mixture and deep fried. Then stuffed in burger buns with tartar sauce, cheese slice & lettuce leaves and served with French fried, tomato ketchup & chili garlic sauce.
