ya i am agree with everyone but i tried my best i fried da daal aproximately half an hour on da low flame but da taste was nt good anyways thnx to all frnds
Agree with fozzie bear..a good chana ka halwa has to be 'bhunoed' on medium low flame for hours for the chana flavours to come out properly and also the initial treatment of the daal part has to be handled carefully but the results are worth it.
umebilal is right....main nay bhi sara ki hi recipe try ki thi aur halwa bohat acha bana tha.... waisay main nay yeh wali recipe abhi poori nahi dekhi hay iss liye mujhay nahi pata kay dono halwon may kia farq hay. magar aik bohat important baat yeh hay kay yeh halwa bohat patience mangta hay, itni asani say banta nahi hay, aap chahay koi si bhi recipe say banayen!
Fajar dar me ne Sara riaz ki recipe se chanay ki daal ka halwa banaya thaa and it was awsome.When I tried I took 1 cup chana daal.Sara riaz ne half kg se banaya hai me ne poori recipe ko half kar k banaya thaa aur me ne khoya ki jagah per milk powder daala tha.I think is se aap ko kafi help mil jaye gi.
