Cute Cup Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cups fine sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk

Method:

  1. Beat together sugar, butter, egg and vanilla essence.
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add the flour to the egg mixture with milk and mix well.
  4. Line a cupcake tray with paper liners and pour in the mixture into the cupcake tray.
  5. Bake at 190 C for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
