					Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 
 
- 2 cups sliced apples
 
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar 
 
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
 
- 4 large eggs 
 
- 1/2 cup milk 
 
- 1/4 cup butter 
 
- Butter to fry
 
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
 
- Maple Syrup to serve with
 
Method:
- Beat eggs and milk together in a medium bowl. 
 
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, 2 teaspoons sugar, and salt. Gradually add this flour mixture to egg mixture and beat until smooth and set aside. 
 
- On low flame, sauté apples in 1/4 cup butter until tender. Add sugar and cinnamon together; stir into apples and set aside. 
 
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a small skillet. Pour in batter to a depth of about 1/4-inch. When set, place one-fourth of the apples on top then cover with more batter. Fry pancake until lightly browned on both sides. 
 
- Serve with butter and maple syrup.
