Ingredient:
- Potato – ½ kg (mashed)
- Salt – to taste
- Red chilies – 1 tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
- Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Cumming seeds – ½ tbsp
- Green chilies – 6 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
- Plain flour – ½ kg
- Baking soda – ½ tbsp
- Oregano – ½ tbsp
- Oil – for frying
Method:
- Mix mashed potatoes with salt, red chilies, pepper, cumin, green chilies, and lemon juice.
- In a pan, cook jiggery with water to make syrup.
- Mix flour with salt, baking soda, oregano and syrup to knead dough.
- Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes and let it alleviate.
- Make small portions out of the dough and stuff each portion with 1 table spoon potato mixture.
