Ingredient:
- Chicken – 2 cups (shredded)
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – 1tbsp
- Mustard powder – ½ tbsp
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Bread slices – 12
- Eggs – 2
- Oil – for frying
Method:
- Take a frying pan and melt butter in it.
- Add flour and stir on a low flame for a minute.
- Add milk, gradually and stirring constant. Add egg at the same time to avoid lumps.
- Stir the mixture till it’s thick and smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, and mustard powder.
- Remove from heat and add chicken in it.
- Make different shapes out of bread and spread chicken paste on each side of the shaped bread.
- Cover both the pieces of bread together.
- Deep fry the patties until golden.
