Chicken Nuggets

Ingredient:
- Boneless Chicken – 1 kg
- Salt – to taste
- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
- Plain flour – 1 cup
- Corn flour – ½ cup
- Egg whites – 2
- Oil – for frying
Method:
- Marinate boneless chicken with salt, garlic, pepper, vinegar and soya sauce.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Beat egg whites in a pot and add plain flour, corn flour, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil for frying in a wok.
- Dip chicken cubes in the batter and fry till the nuggets are golden brown.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
An all time favorite snack.
