Pea paratha

Ingredient:
- Green peas – ½ kg (mashed)
- Salt – to taste
- Red chilies – ½ tbsp
- Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Coriander – 1 bunch (chopped)
- Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Wheat flour – 1 kg
- Oil – for frying
- Green chilies – 4 ( chopped)
Method:
- Take a wok and fry onions with oil until golden.
- Add salt, peas, red chilies, green chilies, coriander and soya sauce in the wok and stir well.
- Cover the wok and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Take flour and add a pinch of salt along with oil so that soft dough is obtained.
- Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes before dividing in to small portions.
- Now stuff 1 table spoon of peas in each portion.
- Roll out each portion to form a chapatti.
- Fry it on a pan until golden.
- Serve with curd.
