Stuffed potato

Ingredient:

  • Potato – 1 kg
  • Salt – to taste
  • Red chilies – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
  • Nigella seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Aniseed – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds -1 tbsp
  • Mango powder – 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 6 tbsp
  • Oil – as per requirement

Method:

  1. Take a wok and heat water for boiling potatoes.
  2. When the potatoes are boiled, put a deep cross on them carefully.
  3.  Take a pot and heat 4 table spoons of oil to fry all the spices on a medium heat.
  4. Add mango powder to it and stir continuously.
  5. Stuff the spices in the cross marked on each potato.
  6. Deep fry the stuffed potatoes until brown.
  7. Sprinkle lemon juice on top and serve hot.

Spicy potatoes.
