Potato Balls

Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 1 kg (boiled)
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
- Green chilies – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 1 bunch
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
- Gram flour – 2 cups
- Oil – for frying
Method:
- Take a wok and mash the boiled potatoes.
- Add coriander, green chilies, salt, pepper, cumin and lemon juice with the potatoes and mix it well.
- Make small potato balls and keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In another pot, mix salt¸ turmeric powder and red chili powder with gram flour.
- Make a thick paste including water and mix it well.
- Dip each potato ball in the batter before frying.
- In a deep pot, heat oil and fry potato balls until golden.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
Light potato snack.
