Prawn Curry

Ingredients:

  • Dried prawns – 1 kg
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Onions – 3 medium (chopped)
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – ¾ cups

Method:

  1. Take a pot and heat oil in it.
  2. Fry prawns for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  3. In another pot, heat oil and fry onions until brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder.
  5. Include some water and stir well.
  6. Add fried prawns in the spiced onions and cover the pot.
  7. Heat for 10 minutes and serve hot.
