Cream Puffs

Ingredients:

  • Plain flour – 2 cups
  • Eggs – 6
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Oil – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Take a pot, mix oil with water and boil on medium heat.
  2. Add flour and stir continuously
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Preheat oven at 200c for 20 minutes.
  7. Take a baking tray and brush oil on its base.
  8. Drop batter on the baking tray, with a spoon.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, until puffs turn light golden.
  10. Slit the puffs from the center.
  11. Whip chilled cream with sugar and fill the slits of the puffs.
  12. Serve chilled.

Creamy dessert.
