Cream Puffs

Ingredients:
- Plain flour – 2 cups
- Eggs – 6
- Water – 2 cups
- Oil – 1 cup
Method:
- Take a pot, mix oil with water and boil on medium heat.
- Add flour and stir continuously
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Stir well.
- Preheat oven at 200c for 20 minutes.
- Take a baking tray and brush oil on its base.
- Drop batter on the baking tray, with a spoon.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until puffs turn light golden.
- Slit the puffs from the center.
- Whip chilled cream with sugar and fill the slits of the puffs.
- Serve chilled.
Creamy dessert.
