Tamarind Sauce

Ingredients:
- Tamarind pulp – 2 cups
- Jaggery – ½
- Salt – to taste
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take a pot and head oil in it.
- Add tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt, red chili powder and cumin seeds.
- Let it cook for 5¬-7 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Sauce that goes with all sorts of snacks.
