Ingredients:
- 1 liter full cream milk
- Sugar to taste
- Chopped nuts
- ¼ cup rice
- ½ tsp rose water
Method:
- Soak rice overnight and grind to a fine paste sprinkling water occasionally.
- Boil the milk, add the rice and sugar to taste.
- Cook on a low heat until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
- Pour into a glass dish to cool.
