Vegetable Kebab

Ingredients:

  • 2 Potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (paneer) grated
  • 1 cup cauliflower, grated
  • 1 cup cabbage, grated
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp red chillie powder
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the grated cauliflower and cabbage.
  2. After frying for few minutes, add potatoes, cheese, green chillies and 1/2 tsp salt and cook until the water dries up.
  3. Remove it from the flame and let it cool.
  4. Make small balls of the mixture and place aside.
  5. Prepare a batter by mixing maida, 1/2 tsp salt, lal mirch and 1 cup water.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Dip all the balls in maida batter and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.
  7. Serve them hot.
