Vegetable Kebab

Ingredients:
- 2 Potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
- 1 cup cottage cheese (paneer) grated
- 1 cup cauliflower, grated
- 1 cup cabbage, grated
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp red chillie powder
- oil for frying
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 1 tsp salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the grated cauliflower and cabbage.
- After frying for few minutes, add potatoes, cheese, green chillies and 1/2 tsp salt and cook until the water dries up.
- Remove it from the flame and let it cool.
- Make small balls of the mixture and place aside.
- Prepare a batter by mixing maida, 1/2 tsp salt, lal mirch and 1 cup water.
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip all the balls in maida batter and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.
- Serve them hot.
