Mint Chutney

Ingredients:
- Mint leaves – 1 bunch
- Green chillies – 2
- Tamarind pulp – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water
Method:
- Wash the mint leaves well.
- Grind it to form a smooth paste with green chilies, salt and tamarind juice.
- Add a few teaspoons of water.
- Serve cold.
