Mint Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves – 1 bunch
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Tamarind pulp – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Water

Method:

  1. Wash the mint leaves well.
  2. Grind it to form a smooth paste with green chilies, salt and tamarind juice.
  3. Add a few teaspoons of water.
  4. Serve cold.
